Operations Support Program Manager

The Program Manager will provide strategic guidance to Team Leads and team members in ways that promote our culture of client commitment, quality, integrity, respect, citizenship and accountability.  The Program Manager will also oversee and report on progress within the project and overall program to both our Government Client, and the Task Manager.  Our ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with experience managing staff across varying disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.  This person will also develop efficient strategies for ensuring their program delivers the desired outcome for our Client and the terms of our contract.

Engineering Technical Support Program Manager

Real Property Installed Equipment Tagger/QC

The Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) Specialist/Quality Control Assessor is responsible for conducting equipment inventories of facility systems and providing Quality Control support for a comprehensive RPIE Inventory and Assessment program for healthcare facilities.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform RPIE inventories of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for facilities and buildings identified.
  • Input captured RPIE information into designated software and upload into the client’s system.
  • Review as-built plans for identification and verification of inventory.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of real property systems.
  • Validate/QC existing RPIE and update as required.
  • Work within a team environment to develop consistent approaches to Quality Control processes.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to client on status of RPIE inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Construction Quality Assurance Representative

Job Type– Full-time- Temporary (See Work Period below)

Location: Skamania County, WA:

The work site is located along access routes between the Windy Ridge Viewpoint Parking lot and Spirit Lake, in addition to work on the lake and at the tunnel intake structure, all within The Mount St Helens National Volcanic Monument.

Work Period:

This position is full-time temporary work that falls within the In-Water Work Window (IWWW). This project will be constructed over four (4) years in the following construction periods:

  • May 15th, 2024-October 31st, 2024
  • May 15th, 2025-October 31st, 2025
  • May 15th, 2026-October 31st, 2026
  • May 15th, 2027-October 31st, 2027

Work hours are not to exceed 50 hours per week. The work week will not be more than Monday-Friday and no more than 10 hours per day. All hours over 40 will be considered overtime.

Hospital System and Equipment Coordinator

Based in South Central, MO, On-Site, Full-time

GoldenWolf is seeking a Hospital System and Equipment Coordinator (HSEC) that will provide on-site, full-time support the Fort Leonard Wood Hospital replacement project located at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. This position supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA)– Facilities Enterprise with on-site project oversite to support the Initial Outfitting & Transition (IOT) of facilities, and provide technical guidance/consultation to the contracting agent (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)), the Project Delivery Team (PDT), the Military Treatment Facility (MTF), and other installation stakeholders associated with the project in accordance with Department of Defense/Defense Health Agency codes, criteria, and standards.

 

Healthcare Facility Planner

Based in Honolulu, On-Site, Full-time

ON SITE: TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER (TAMC)

GoldenWolf is seeking a  Healthcare Facility Planner (HFP) that will provide facility integration support services for the Health Facility Project Offices, Medical Regional Command Support.  The position augments U.S. Army Health Facility Planning Agency (HFPA) and Medical Command G9 operations conducted on behalf of Army Medicine, the U.S. Army and Department of Defense. The HFP will provide technical guidance/consultation to stakeholders associated with the Facilities Integration work in accordance with Department of Defense/Defense Health Agency codes, criteria, and standards. HFPA’s operational support function delivers the health facility planning capability for geographic combatant commands and the Army in the context of health services support, global health engagements, and defense support of civil authorities.

Quality Construction Assurance Representative

Job Type- Full-time- Temporary (See Work Period below)

Location: Chinook, WA

GoldenWolf is seeking a a Senior Quality Assurance Representative to provide technical services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vancouver Resident Office for repairing and replacing Columbia River Pile Dikes which involves demolition of existing timber pile dike structures, expansion of shore connections, enhanced enrockment, and new steel pile dike structures. Personnel furnished under this contract is responsible for surveillance of construction projects and delivering findings to the USACE Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Senior Quality Assurance Representative will provide full-time / temporary on-site support and oversight.

This work is located in Chinook, WA

Work Period:

This position is full-time temporary work that falls within the In-Water Work Window (IWWW)

  • July 1st-November 30th 2024
  • July 1st-November 30th 2025
  • July 1st-November 30th 2026

Approximately 50 hours per week.

Structural Engineer - BUILDER SMS

San Antonio, On-Site

The Structural Engineer is responsible for providing program support for a comprehensive Defense Health Agency (DHA) BUILDER sustainment program and coordinates directly with Facilities Departments/Divisions at the designated Activities. The BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) is a web-based software application developed to help engineers, managers, and technicians decide when, where, and how to maintain building infrastructure best. The engineer uses BUILDER information about condition, functionality, and remaining service life to help develop short- and long-range plans based on sound investment strategies and budget constraints coupled with input from the BUILDER technicians and managers within the specific Area of Responsibility (AOR).
